The general square foot price for the EcoCocon straw panel system building starts at $350 to $450 Sq Ft for a finished home.
The price varies depending on the location, materials, and client preferences. If that is high performance to passive house off the grid living.
That is if that is a team of professioneller builders that build it from start to finish. If you are building if you are partially builder or builder yourself.
That would be a big saving in costs.
The price for the Sq Ft EocCocon straw panel cost $ 18,50 per Sq Ft ex transport.
